Pembroke Youth Club was pleased to receive an award from the National Federation of Tenant Managed Organisations for ‘Outstanding Work with Young People’.
Pictured is Cllr Bill Stevens with Karen Brown, Youth Club Leader. Cllr Stevens who nominated the Club for the award said:
“Pembroke EMB have been providing activities for young people for over 25 years. Hundreds of young people have benefited from the opportunities available. These include term time sessions, after school clubs, school holiday activities and work placements.”
The award winners – sponsored by WATMOS Community Homes – were announced at the NFTMO conference in Birmingham.
