In June, the EMB will be turning 30. Pembroke Street and the wider neighbourhood has changed dramatically since the early 1990’s when Pembroke Street residents first came together to campaign for improvements to their estate, which led into a wider regeneration of Devonport.
To mark the anniversary of the resident’s association becoming a not-for-profit limited company and entering into a partnership to manage the Pembroke Street estate, there will be some community events organised alongside plans to produce a photo book to tell the story of the EMB. Watch this space for more details.
