We’re delighted to confirm that Plymouth City Council have granted conditional planning approval for the proposed development of 5 new homes on Clowance Street. Thanks to everyone who has offered support for the idea. Attention will now focus on taking the scheme forward in 2022 along with associated plans to re-provide the recreational area and modernise the Mount Wise Neighbourhood Centre.
